Booking & Confirmation
Bookings can be made through:
WhatsApp - Phone - Email
A booking is confirmed only after receiving a final message or email from Lumarmade. For some services (desert, excursions, private driver), a deposit may be required.
Payments
Accepted payment methods:
Cash (MAD, EUR) - Bank transfer
All payments must be completed before or on the day of the service.
Cancellation Policy
Client cancellations:
24 hours before service: free cancellation Less than 24 hours: Lumarmade may charge 50% of the service
No-show: full amount may be charged Responsibilities of the Client
Responsibilities of the Client
Clients must:
* Provide accurate personal and booking information.
* Respect safety rules during excursions, desert activities, and animal rides.
* Behave respectfully toward staff, drivers, and guides.
Lumarmade reserves the right to refuse service in case of unsafe or inappropriate behavior.
Liability
Lumarmade works with licensed drivers, camps, and partners but is not liable for incidents caused by third-party providers.
Lumarmade is not responsible for personal belongings lost during activities.
Activities involving animals or outdoor experiences (camel rides, horses, quad, desert tours) involve inherent risks; clients participate at their own responsibility.
Modifications of Services
Lumarmade may modify times or itineraries due to:
* Weather conditions
* Road closures
* Safety concerns
* Partner availability
Any change will be communicated to the client as early as possible.
Governing Law
* These terms are governed by Moroccan law.
* Any disputes will be handled under Moroccan jurisdiction.
